Anja is Head of Operations at Signature Ventures. She has been working in Venture Capital since 2015 and now covers all aspects of Signature’s fund and internal operations.
In her previous work, she has witnessed the enormous impact the right combination of team and business idea can have. Having worked with brilliant teams from early to later stage, she especially got inspired by the dynamics in small and early founding teams, because this is right where the boldest visions set out.
Anja's academic background provides her with profound know-how in business administration and management.
When not making sure that everything runs smoothly behind the Signature scenes, she enjoys going to places with great nature views and surroundings and is passionate about topics such as personal growth and diversity in the tech space.
